Privacy Policy

This page explains what we do with the details you share on ganganinezerosector90.in. We have kept it plain rather than legal, because the point is that you actually know what happens to your number.

What we collect

Only what the form asks for, and a little about how you reached us:

• Your name and mobile number — typed by you into the enquiry form or the price-list popup.
• What you are looking for — the configuration you pick, where the form offers that choice.
• How you found the page — the campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid and similar), the website that referred you, and the page address you submitted from.

We do not ask for your email address, your PAN, your Aadhaar, your income, your bank details or any document. If you send those to us yourself over WhatsApp or on a call, that is your own message and not something this website collects.

Why we collect it

• To send you the price list, floor plan and payment schedule you asked for.
• To call or message you back about Ganga Nine Zero, and to arrange a site visit if you want one.
• To know which advertisement or search brought you here, so we do not keep spending on ads that do not work.

We do not sell your number, rent it out, or pass it to other projects, brokers or data lists.

Where your details go

When you submit the form, your details travel to two places and stop there:

• An email to our sales inbox, delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which simply forwards the form to us.
• A private Google Sheet, so an enquiry is never lost if an email bounces. Only our team can open it.

Both are standard services with their own security. Beyond that, your number is shared only with the sales team handling this project, so that someone can actually call you back.

Calls, WhatsApp and the DNC register

By submitting the form you are asking us to contact you about Ganga Nine Zero, so we may call, message or WhatsApp you on the number you gave — even if that number is on the DNC or NDNC register. This permission is only for this project. Tell us to stop at any time and we will, straight away.

Cookies and advertising

This page runs Google Ads tags (gtag.js). They are used to:

• count how many people who clicked our advertisement went on to submit the form, call, or tap WhatsApp;
• let Google show you our advertisement again elsewhere on the internet (remarketing).

These tags set Google's own cookies. We never attach your name or number to them — Google sees only that a conversion happened, not who you are. You can control this from Google My Ad Center or by blocking cookies in your browser.

The page also uses your browser's session storage to remember which campaign brought you here and to avoid showing the popup again once you have written to us. That clears itself when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as the project is being sold and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, if a digit is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it and stop contacting you.

Children

This page is meant for people buying a home. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — to haryanarera.gov.in, to Google Maps or to WhatsApp — those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
